1. Overview

These Terms of Service govern your use of the website breakroom.cards and any purchases made through it. The Break Room is operated by Paradigm Consulting LLC, based in Ridgefield, CT. By using this website or making a purchase, you agree to these terms.

2. Products

We sell trading cards, sealed products, and related accessories. All items are described to the best of our ability. Key points:

• All cards are authentic. We do not sell counterfeit or replica products.
• Card conditions are described accurately.
• Prices are listed in US Dollars (USD).
• All items are subject to availability. We reserve the right to cancel orders if an item is no longer available.

3. Accounts

You may create an account to track orders and save your information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating an account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Orders and Payment

• All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods supported by Stripe.
• Prices include the item cost only. Shipping and applicable sales tax are calculated at checkout.
• Connecticut sales tax is collected on orders shipped within Connecticut, as required by law.
• An order confirmation email will be sent after your purchase is complete.
• We reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud. If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund.

5. Shipping

• Orders are typically shipped within 1–3 business days.
• Shipping is a flat $5.99 for all orders.
• Singles under $20 ship in a plain white envelope (PWE) unless upgraded. Singles $20–$200 ship in a bubble mailer with top loader (BMWT). Orders over $200 or containing sealed products ship in a box with tracking.
• Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to the carrier.
• We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged by the carrier after shipment, but we will work with you to resolve issues.

6. Returns and Refunds

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds on any purchases, including singles, sealed products, and accessories.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design, is owned by Paradigm Consulting LLC or used with permission. Trading card images and trademarks belong to their respective owners (e.g., The Pokemon Company, Wizards of the Coast, Topps/Fanatics, Panini, Upper Deck). We are an authorized retailer and use product images for the purpose of selling authentic merchandise.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use our website for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the website
• Submit false or misleading information
• Use automated tools to scrape or interact with our website without permission

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Paradigm Consulting LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or purchase of our products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Fairfield County, Connecticut.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
